There had been an on going dispute between the two neighbours regarding excessive domestic noise for the past 2 years which had culminated into verbal threats and all communication between the two had broken down.
Shuttle mediation was employed between the two parties and an understanding was developed between them by the mediator and the use of good neighbour contracts. Both parties have now resolved their issues and have not made any further complaints for over 6 months.
